How are you presently feeling?

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd get a general discussion going on how we're feeling at present. Putting aside what we want to learn or to offer when it comes to mindfulness, this is an invitation for us to check in with ourselves and to share with the group anything that is in heart and mind.

At the moment I am feeling relaxed and content. It has been raining here in Stockholm after a bit of a dry spell. Two nights ago I was awoken in the middle of the night by an incredible display of thunder that seemed to roll on and on and on. Listening to it was incredibly meditative and really made me realize how powerful and mysterious the elements are. I felt so close to nature in that moment and yet still safe and protected. Lately I've been feeling called to move deeper into alignment with nature, and so I plan to do some camping and balcony gardening in the coming weeks.

How is everyone else doing?

It’s evening right now for me. I just got done meditating and I’m feeling quite peaceful and relaxed. I am happy because I bought a new outfit for yoga today. I had the day off and did a little shopping.

Lovely to hear Sandra! I don't often meditate in the evening, though I think it is a perfect time for it. What a nice way to settle into peace and relaxation for the night.
